SendCard.ai provides an AI-powered postcard creation platform for tourism agencies, events, and attractions. The Service allows agencies to embed a customizable postcard creator on their websites.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and used for postcard generation and email delivery. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Send unsolicited emails or spam through the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated postcards created through the Service may be used by the agency and their visitors for personal and promotional purposes. SendCard.ai retains the right to use anonymized examples for marketing and improvement of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SendCard.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
